Parcel #1 and Parcel #2. From Arcadia go north on Concord Avenue 1 mile to 170th Street, turn east for 1 mile to Delta Avenue. Farm is located in the southeast corner of the intersection. FSA 156EZ information: DCP Farmland Acres: 191.65 Cropland Acres: 179.90 Corn Base Acres: 84.90 PLC Yield 178 Soybeans Base Acres: 84.60 PLC Yield 50 Parcel #1 in Section 10 Arcadia Township 75.11 acres M/L, Average CSR II 83.7.
